Financial information such as credit card details and bank information is strictly for receiving donations and is collected by a third party as detailed below.

We seek your personal information when you make a donation, request communication from us, register for an event, pledge support to our work and campaigns, or apply for working or volunteering with Shimit Foundation. This information may be sought over the phone, through the website, via email, or through face-to-face interactions.
INFORMATION SECURITY:
Shimit Foundation has necessary security mechanisms in place, and only designated employees have access to your personal information. All online transactions are conducted on a secure server. The information you provide on the donation transaction page is encrypted using SSL – Secure Sockets Layer (indicated by a green padlock icon in the address bar). Transactions are processed using a PhonePe merchant account.
DND POLICY:
You agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if registered under the DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. You authorize Shimit Foundation to share/disclose the information to any third-party service provider, affiliates, group companies, or their authorized agents. Shimit Foundation or their third-party service providers may make calls and send SMS/Emails through a third-party platform.
SHIMIT FOUNDATION MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
